Process

Creating the Mould

                       A layered block of MDF board was sculpted to be utilized as moulding for the vacuum form.



Vacuum Forming


After refining the form of the initial mould, a vacuum form was made and cut out.


Spray Paint


The vacuum form was sanded, primed and spray painted until completion.
